IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: WARREN J. OPPE, DECEASED.
CASE NO. 26 PR 7
NOTICE OF CLAIM DAY
NOTICE is given of the death of Warren J. Oppe, who died on October 4, 2025. On January 22, 2026, Letters of Office were issued to Michael D. Oppe ("Independent Executor"), who resides at 15 Concetta Way, Franklin, Massachusetts, 02038 and whose attorney of record is Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC ("Attorneys"), 7707 N. Knoxville Ave., Suite 200, Peoria, Illinois 61614.
Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Peoria County ("Clerk"), 324 Main St., G22 Peoria, Illinois 61602 or with the Executor, or both, on or before the later of (a)August 19, 2026, or (b) if mailing or delivering of a notice from the Executor is required by provisions of Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, 755 ILCS 5118-3, the date stated in that notice.
Any claim not filed on or before the above-referenced date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Executor and to the Attorneys within 10 days after filing.
