CANNON, DECEASED NO.2026-PR-000052 NOTICE OF CLAIM DATE AND NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HEIRS Notice is given of the death of Joy M. Cannon on February 5, 2026, and that Letters Testamentary were issued on March 16, 2026, to Diana K. Hovey and Janice R. Witt, whose attorneys are Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen, 300 Hamilton Blvd., P.O. Box 6199, Peoria, IL 61601. Claims may be filed within six months from the date of issuance of Letters of Office or within six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim Date, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred as to the estate which is inventoried within that period.
