LEGAL NOTICE-Published 03/11, 03/18, 03/25-STATE OF ILLINOIS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 10TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT PEORIA COUNTY IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF OLDFIELD W. ALLEN JR., DECEASED. CASE NO. 2026-PR-000014 NOTICE OF CLAIM DAY Notice is given of the death of the above person on November 24, 2025 and that letters of administration were issued on February 19, 2026 to BRIAN L. ALLEN whose address is 1420 W. Glen, Apt. 417, Peoria IL 61614 and whose attorney is MICHAEL E. BRANDT, 125 SW Jefferson Av Ste 221, Peoria IL 61602. Claims may be filed on or before September 28, 2026, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Peoria County, Peoria County Courthouse, Peoria IL 61602, or with the administrator or with his attorney. Within 10 days after claimant files a claim with the Circuit Clerk, the claimant must mail or deliver copies of the claim to the administrator and the administrator's attorney of record and file with the Clerk of the Court proof of mailing or delivery of the copies.
