NOTICE IS GIVEN TO YOU, all UNKNOWN FATHERS whom it may concern, that on February 21, 2025, a Petition for Guardianship was filed by John P. Heil, attorney at Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen, P.C., in this Court and on October 3, 2025, John P. Heil filed a Petition to Re-Open Petition for Adoption. Now in the Courtroom of the Honorable, Judge Alicia N. Washington, or any other judge sitting in her stead in Room 201 of the Peoria County Courthouse, Peoria, Illinois on March 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard, a hearing will be held upon the Petition for Guardianship to have Petitioner, Monique Wallace, appointed plenary guardian of the Estate and Person of J'Varion L. Wallace. The Court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the guardianship of the minor, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You will not be entitled to further written notices or publication notices of proceedings in this case except as required by Supreme Court Rule 11.
 
            UNLESS YOU APPEAR AT THE HEARING AND SHOW CAUSE TO THE CONTRARY, AN ORDER OF JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF ASKED IN THE PETITION.
