LEGAL NOTICE-Published 03/04, 03/11, 03/18-IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ILLINOIS PEORIA COUNTY - PROBATE DIVISION ESTATE OF BRIAN J. FREY, DECEASED. CASE NO. 2026-PR-0000025 NOTICE OF CLAIM DATE Notice is given of the death of the above on February 4, 2026, and Letters of Office were issued February 18, 2026 to STEVEN H. VOGEL, Peoria, IL, whose attorney is Steven H. Vogel, and that September 4, 2026 is the claim date for the Estate. Claims may be filed on or before the claim date or six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim Date, whichever is later, and any claim not filed within the period is barred as to the Estate which is inventoried within that period. Claims against said Estate may be filed on or before said date in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Peoria County Courthouse, Peoria, Illinois, and copies thereof mailed or delivered to said legal representative and to said attorney of record.
