LEGAL NOTICE-Published 04/08, 04/15, 04/22-IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WOODFORD COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JIMMIE LEE KENDALL, DECEASED. CASE NO. 2026-PR-000026 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to creditors of the death of Jimmie Lee Kendall. Letters of Office were issued on March 11, 2026, pursuant to an Order Appointing Representative entered on March 11, 2026, in Woodford County Case No. 2026-PR-000026, to Jake Lee Kendall, whose attorney of record is Mitch M. Gilfillan, whose address is listed below. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under §28-4 of the Illinois Probate Act any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's office, Woodford County Courthouse, Eureka, Illinois, or with the representative or both on or before the 8th day of October, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by § 18-3 of the Illinois Probate Act, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representatives and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
