Letters of Office were issued to ANDREA M. VELAZQUEZ as Independent Administrator on April 24, 2026, whose attorneys are SAUK VALLEY LAW GROUP, LLC, 100 West 1st Street, Suite B, Rock Falls, Illinois 61071.
