NICKLIN ] ] Deceased. ] No. 2026-PR-19 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Ralph E. Nicklin of Streator, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on February 11, 2026, to Lorene Wakeman, whose attorney is Jennifer Bunker Skerston of Law Offices of Reilly & Skerston, LLC, located at 1400 State Street, Ottawa, Illinois, 61350. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, Probate Division, 119 W. Madison St. Ottawa, Illinois 61350, or with the representative's attorney, or both, on or before October 17, 2026 (6 months after first publication). If a claim notice is mailed or delivered personally to a creditor of the decedent, the creditor's claim may be filed on or before the date stated in that notice, if later than the date shown above. Any claim not filed within the time allowed is barred.
