Ross, ) Deceased ) Case No. 2026-PR-50 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to creditors, claimants, unknown heirs and legatees of the death of Margaret E. Ross of Mendota, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on March 17, 2026 to Craig Ross of 15908 N. Krause Road, Chillicothe, IL 61523, Mark Ross of 277 E. US Hwy 52, Mendota, IL 61342, and Kirk Ross of 4160 E. 6th Road, Mendota, IL 61342, as Independent Co-Executors, whose Attorneys of record are Guilfoyle & Stevenson, LLP, 1316 Meriden Street, Mendota, IL 61342. Claims against the estate may be e-filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Probate Division, LaSalle County Courthouse, 119 W. Madison Street, Ottawa, IL 61350, or with the Representative, or both, within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this Notice. If the claim notice is personally mailed or delivered to a creditor of the above estate, the claim must be filed in the above entitled cause within 3 months from the date of mailing or delivery, whichever is later.
