NOTICE IS GIVEN OF the death of KAREN L. COLE, and that Letters of Office were issued April 23, 2026, to Zachary A. Carr, 3025 Thrush Dr., Apt. 209, Melbourne, Florida 32935, whose attorney is W. EDGAR WEER of SMITH & WEER, P.C., 410 Elizabeth Street, Pekin, Illinois, 61554.
   
Claims may be filed on or before the 1st day of November, 2026, or six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, whichever is later, and any claim not filed within that period is barred as to the estate which is inventoried within that period.
   
Claims against said estate may be filed on or before said date in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tazewell County Courthouse, Pekin, Illinois, or with the representative, or both.  Within 10 days after a claimant files its claim with the Court, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the representative and to its attorney of record and file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
