CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of SANDRA D. MAAS of 1308 Lawndale, Pekin, Illinois 61554, on March 10, 2026. Letters of Office were issued on April 23, 2026 to ANTHONY PAUL METCALF, Independent Administrator, 1412 Illinois Street, Pekin, Illinois 61554, whose attorneys are HAYES & SARFF, P.C., 351 South Fourth Street, Pekin, Illinois 61554.
Claims may be filed on or before November 1, 2026 or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim Date, whichever is later. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred, except that the claim of a creditor who has been notified by mail or delivery of notice shall be barred on said date or three months from the date of such mailing or delivery, whichever is later.
Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of said Circuit Court at the Tazewell County Courthouse, Pekin, Illinois 61554, or with the Independent Administrator, or both. Within ten (10) days after a Claimant files its claim with the Court, the Claimant MUST mail a copy of the claim to the Independent Administrator AND to the Independent Administrator's attorney of record, AND file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
