	is given of the death of Merlyn V. Higgins, a/k/a/ Merlin V.
	Higgins, who died on December 24 2025 a resident of Seneca,
	Illinois. The Representative for the estate is: Gary D. Higgins
	whose address is: 2399 E. 29th Road, Seneca, IL 61360. The Attorney
	for the estate is: Timothy J. Guerrini whose address is 483 N. Main
	St., Marseilles, IL 61341. Claims against the estate must be filed
	on or before 6 months from the date of first publication of this
	notice on April 25, 2026. Claims against the estate may be e-filed
	with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 119 West Madison St, Ottawa, IL
	61350 or with the Representative, or both. Any claim not filed
	within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk
	must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the
	attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
