IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Richard C. Davis, DECEASED. 26 PR 119 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Beverly Rous, 22W626 Poplar Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Taylor J. Spooner, Ariano, Hardy, Ritt, Richmond, Lytle & Goettel, PC, 2000 McDon- ald Road, Suite 200, South Elgin, Illinois 60177. The estate will be adminis- tered without court super- vision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates inde- pendent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
