NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The Rock Island City Planning & Zoning Commission has received a request from Drake Fisher to consider a Special Use Permit in an R-3 (one to six unit residential) district for the described parcel of land: PIN 0831308020 in Rock Island Township, also known as 634 42nd Street in Rock Island, Illinois. The request is to store construction vehicles and trailers at the property and to maintain a 6ft chain link fence along 42nd Street. A Special Use Permit is required because construction business operations are not permitted in residential zoning districts and fence height is limited to 4ft along public streets under the City s Zoning Ordinance.
