LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the Village of Tinley Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, will conduct a Public Hearing at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Thursday, March 16, 2026 at the Village Hall in the Council Chambers, 16250 S. Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, to consider recommending that the Village Board grant Simon Yu (Simon Design Group, LLC) on behalf of Rizza Buick GMC Cadillac, Inc Variations to Section V.C.7.F and Section V.C.7.G of the Zoning Ordinance to allow building façades to be below the required minimum 75% of face brick and masonry requirement and for facades to be constructed with more than 15% of an an alternate building material; and a Variation to Section V.B. Schedule II of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required front yard setback from 50' to 47'; on the property at 8425 W. 159th Street in the B-5 Automotive Service Zoning District. Site Plan/Architectural approval will also be considered at the meeting. The project will involve a 1,300 sf addition and remodel of the existing Rizza Cadillac dealership building.
