LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the Village of Tinley Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, will conduct a Public Hearing at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Village Hall in the Council Chambers, 16250 Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, to consider recommending that the Village Board grant Joe Rueck of Volt Home Pros, LLC a Special Use for a Substantial Deviation from the North Creek Business Park PUD to allow for the operation of a contractor's office at 18521 Spring Creek Drive, Suite D, in the ORI PD (Office and Restricted Industrial, North Creek Business Park PUD) Zoning District. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 13 IN NORTH CREEK BUSINESS CENTER IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN WILL COUNTY ILLINOIS. PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 19-09-01-203-001-0000 COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 18521 Spring Creek Dr Ste D, Tinley Park, IL PETITIONER: Joe Rueck, Volt Home Pros, LLC The proposed Special Use may be added to, revised, or eliminated as a result of the Public Hearing.
