LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the Village of Tinley Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, will conduct a Public Hearing at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Village Hall in the Council Chambers, 16250 Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, to consider recommending that the Village Board grant Izzet Frenkel and Michael Villapiano of N&M Landscaping, LLC a Special Use for a Substantial Deviation from the Tinley Crossings Corporate Center PUD to allow for the operation of a contractor's office at 8201 183rd Street, Suite K, in the M-1 PD (General Manufacturing; Tinley Crossings Corporate Center PUD) Zoning District. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 20, IN TINLEY CROSSINGS CORPORATE CENTER UNIT 1, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAQST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SUBDIVISION THEREOF RECORDED OCTOBER 16, 1998, AS DOCUMENT NO. R98-122885, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
