LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the Village of Tinley Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, will conduct a Public Hearing at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Village Hall in the Council Chambers, 16250 Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, to consider recommending that the Village Board grant Mohamad Ghaddar a Variation from Section III.H.1. of the Tinley Park Zoning Ordinance at 9343 Sutton Place in the R-3 Single-Family Residential Zoning District. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: THE WEST FIVE FEET OF LOT 31 AND ALL OF LOT 32 IN TIMBERS WEST, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 12, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 27-34-107-037-0000 COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 9343 Sutton Pl, Tinley Park, IL PETITIONER: Mohamad Ghaddar The proposed Variation may be added to, revised, or eliminated as a result of the Public Hearing. All persons interested may appear at the Public Hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard on the proposed Variation.
