The hearing will be held in the Community Recreation Center, Room 206, 100 Community Boulevard, Wheeling Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell alternate bonds of the District in an amount not to exceed $12,000,000 for the payment of land condemned or purchased for parks, for the building, maintaining, improving and protecting of the same and the existing land and facili- ties of the District, including constructing a new aquatic center, and for the payment of the expenses incident the
