Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on May 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., Wheeling School District 21 will conduct a virtual public hearing to discuss plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private and home schools within the district. Parents of homeschooled students who have been or may be identified with a disability and who reside within the boundaries of Wheeling School District 21 are encouraged to attend.
