PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORMWATER DISCHARGESouth Slope Cooperative Telephone Company plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the IowaDepartment of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 “StormWater Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities”. Thestormwater discharge will be from the installation of buried fiber optic facilities, consisting ofsoil and water.Located in Township, Range, Section: T81N R5W: S1, S11, S12, S13. T82N R5W: S36.Stormwater will be discharged to the following receiving stream: Clear Creek. No directreceiving streams. All work is conducted outside of surface waters, and HDD boring is used tocross waterbodies.
