SIOUX COUNTY ENGINEERS NOTICE OF HEARING RE:MAINTENANCE OF 320TH ST. BETWEEN EAGLE AVE. AND ELMWOOD AVE. NOTICE OF PUblic HEARING Sioux County Regarding:Proposed Increase in Level of Maintenance of 320th Street, between Eagle Avenue and Elmwood Avenue To:All property owners, all utility companies adjoining to or in the road ROW, and whom it may concern 320th Street is classified as an Area Service B road between Eagle Avenue and Elmwood Avenue. This segment of 320th Street is along the north side of Section 32, Rock Township (T97N, R46W). The Sioux County Board of Supervisors, acting under the authority of lowa Code Chapter 309.57, proposes to increase the level of maintenance on this road by changing the classification to Area Service A. A hearing will be held by the Sioux County Board of Supervisors in the boardroom of the Sioux County Courthouse, Orange City, IA 51041, at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
