MINUTES OF THE COUNCIL, VICTOR, IOWA, MAY 12TH, 2026
The city council met in special session at City Hall at 5:00 P.M. Present were council members, Craig, Rhinehart, Smith and Sternhagen. Mayor Eric Refer called the meeting to order. 
Nick Viall went over the water analysis report, giving his opinion on what options would be the best for the City. He also discussed what options were the best for the water meters that we had quotes for. The council will review his options. He stated it would be a good idea to review all utilities with other towns around us with the same population and see what type of system they have as well. Melanie will reach out then discuss the results to the council.
Motion Rhinehart, second Sternhagen to adjourn. Aye: Rhinehart, Smith, and Sternhagen. Nay: None. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 6:10 PM. 
Next regular scheduled meeting is May 20th, 6:00 P.M., City Hall.
