NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Benton County Board of Supervisors on
Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, at 9:15 A.M. in the Conference Room, at the Benton County Service Center, located at 811 D Ave, Vinton, IA, to consider a request for permission approval for a non-agricultural land use on the following generally described property: A part of the Southwest One-Fourth (SW 1/4) of the Southeast One-Fourth (SE 1/4) Sec 07,  T86N, R10, West of the 5th P.M
The purpose of the request is to change the status of approximately 5.74 acres to a non-agricultural use. Specifically: For residential use.
The applicant is: Mark & Kimberly Noe

                            Mt Auburn, Iowa 52313
