9:30 A.M. in the Conference Room,
at the Benton County Service Cen-
ter, located at 811 D Ave, Vinton, IA,
to consider a request for permis-
sion approval for a non-agricultural
land use on the following generally
described property: A part of the
Southwest One-Fourth (SW 1/4) of
the Northwest One-Fourth (NW1/4)

The purpose of the request is to
change the status of approximate-
