NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Des Moines Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Permitted Conditional Use Permit for that property located at 925 Jordan Creek Parkway. The applicant, Lutheran Church of Hope, is requesting an approximately 14,000 sqft building expansion.
The Board of Adjustment meeting will be held at
5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026
The meeting will be held in-person in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, as well as virtually. Virtual connection information for the meeting may be found on the meeting agenda posted to the city's website (www.wdm.iowa.gov), on the Friday evening immediately prior to the meeting date. Comments may be given in person during the public hearing or written comments may submitted prior to 3:00p.m. on the day of the meeting to the contact provided below.
