Pursuant to an Order for Service by Publication dated May 20, 2026.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1.	 Pursuant to 22 M.R.S.A. §§4035 and 4036, State of Maine Department of
Health and Human Services (“Department”) has filed a Petition for Child
Protection Order and Petition for Termination of Parental Rights (the
“Petitions”) with regard to minor child, London Paisley, d.o.b. 12/29/2020.
2.	 The father of the child is Unknown.
3.	 Hearing on the Petition as to Unknown Father will be held at the Maine
