Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale dated January 8, 2026, in the action entitled Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC v. Richard E. Bridges, Esq. as Special Administrator to the Estate of Susan Marie Sturgill et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Calais, Docket No. CALDC-RE-2025-004, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Susan Sturgill, mortgagor, to Rocket Mortgage, LLC, dated October 4, 2023, and recorded in the Washington County Registry of Deeds in Book 5053 at Page 228, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the Estate of Susan Marie Sturgill, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
June 18, 2026, commencing at 10:00 AM at the Holiday Inn by the Bay, 88 Spring Street, Portland, ME 04101.
The property is located at 72 Calais Avenue, Calais, ME 04619, in Washington County, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. The property will be sold subject to all liens and encumbrances, whether of record or not of record. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of
$5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Brock & Scott, PLLC, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event a representative of Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
