NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Notice is hereby given by Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered November 25, 2025 by the Augusta District Court, in Case No. AUGDC-RE-2024-00032, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Sandra L. Randall to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Residential Mortgage Services, Inc., its successors and assigns dated June 4, 2010 and recorded in the Kennebec County Registry of Deeds in Book 10444, Page 193, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, commencing at 10:00 AM, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., South Portland, ME 04106 on the front steps of the building in front of the flag pole. The property is located at 29 Hasson Street, Farmingdale, Maine. The sale will be by public auction.
