PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please be advised that the Planning Board of the City of Bangor will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 1st floor of City Hall (73 Harlow Street) and will consider the following application:
Land Development Permit Application - Major Preliminary Cluster Subdivision of 22 lots to be used for residential homes each with private wells and septic and the creation of a public street at a property located at 375 Pushaw Road, Map-Lot R30-006-D, in the Rural Residence and Agriculture District (RR&A). Applicant/Owner: T&T Property Management, LLC.
