State Primary Election
Tuesday, June 9, 2026

Polls are located at the Cross Insurance Center, 515 Main Street, Bangor
Polls Open: 7 AM - 8 PM

In-person voting at City Hall will take place Monday, May 11, 2026 through Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 8:00 am - 4:15 pm.  The deadline for requesting an absentee ballot electronically or by phone as well as in-person absentee voting is Thursday, June 4th.  Call 992-4220 for more information.  There will be no Early Voting at the Cross Insurance Center.

VOTER REGISTRATION: Residents may register to vote at the City Clerk's office, 73 Harlow Street, during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8 am-4:15 pm. The Registrar of Voters will hold additional hours at City Hall on Monday, June 1st, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Any Person who registers during the 21 days before Election Day (beginning May 20th must register IN PERSON and SHOW PROOF OF IDENTITY & RESIDENCY.  Registered Voters who have moved from one address to another within the City or have a name change must update their voter registration prior to voting.
