TOWN OF FREEPORT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town of Freeport (the "Town") will hold a public hearing on:   MAY 19, 2026 at Town Council Chambers 30 Main Street, Freeport, ME  at 6:00 p.m.     The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the following item:    • A Cannabis Establishment License renewal for Hazy Hill Farms LLC. located at 24 Noble Drive.   Copies of the full text of the supporting documents are available on our website and at the Clerk's Office at Town Hall.   The public is welcome to attend.  For additional information see the Town of Freeport website at www.freeportmaine.com Public comments will be taken at the hearing and written comments should be submitted to Town Clerk Christine Wolfe at cwolfe@freeportmaine.com. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm the day before.
