TOWN OF FREEPORT PROJECT REVIEW BOARD PUBLIC HEARING The Freeport Project Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Freeport Town Hall Council Chambers at 30 Main Street, Freeport, Maine, to discuss an application for a Subdivision Amendment Review, submitted by Thomas Perkins (Dirigo Architectural Engineering, LLC) on behalf of the property owner, Beta Zeta Properties LLC, for an amendment to a previously approved 80-unit subdivision, called the Harraseeket Ridge Subdivision, to revise the proposed phasing of the project. The application proposes breaking up the development of the project into 11 phases so construction can be managed in smaller segments. No changes to the scale or design of the previously approved subdivision are proposed. The subject premises is located at Tax Assessor Map 18, Lot 16 (0 US Route One North). The public is welcome to attend and may choose to attend in person, or on Zoom.
