Amendment to Article IV.12.G Off Street Parking and Loading - to decrease the minimum required parking spaces per residential unit in the Growth District from 2 per unit to 1 per unit. Multi-family will continue to require 2 spaces per every 3 units. 2. Amendment to Article IV.13.D Route 202 Development – to clarify the standards of this section apply to all property with frontage on Route 202 and that a vegetative buffer is required to be established if none is present. 3.
