ATHOL  CONSERVATION COMMISSION  The Athol Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Athol Congregational Church, 1225 Chestnut Street, Athol, MA 01331 for a project proposing the paving of the existing rear parking lot. Existing layer of gravel and loam will be excavated and removed. Processed gravel to be added and the area will then be paved with asphalt at 1225 Chestnut Street, Athol, MA, Assessors Map 32, Lot 032-271-000. The meeting is in accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act and CMR 10.05(5). The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Conservation Commission Office, Memorial Building, 584 Main Street, Athol, MA.
