ATHOL  CONSERVATION COMMISSION  The Athol Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Byron Mallet, 923 Carpenter Road, Athol, MA 01331 for a project proposing that the existing 4 bedroom single family house be razed and a new 4 bedroom single family house to be constructed and a new septic system and well at 923 Carpenter Road, Athol, MA, Assessors Map 52, Lot 21. The meeting is in accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act and CMR 10.05(5). The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Conservation Commission Office, Memorial Building, 584 Main Street, Athol, MA.
