In accordance with the provisions of MGL, c. 131 §40 ? Wetlands Protection Act and the Sutton Bylaw 12 ? Wetlands Protection, the Conservation Commission will hold a hearing to review a Requestfor Determination (RDA) submitted by Daniel Hannoush of West Springfield, MA for property owned by him at 12 Pleasant Valley Road.  The proposed project includes installation of a private sewer force main extending from the Site to an existing sewer manhole located within the Boston Road/Pleasant Valley Road intersection.        
 The hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. This meeting will be held in person at Town Hall and virtually by using the online Zoom application at: https://zoom.us/join or via phone at
