The Board of Education, Monticello Public Schools, will receive sealed proposals on the following:

Group Health and Welfare Benefits:  Medical Insurance Plans
until 12:00 P.M. on June 8, 2026, at Monticello Public Schools.

Copies of the Request for Proposal, existing labor management agreements, and existing contracts are available free of charge, at OneDigital, 10900 Wayzata Blvd Suite 620, Minnetonka, MN 55305.  Please contact Ian Bentley via e-mail at Ian.Bentley@onedigital.com to request the proposal.  Instructions on how to submit a response is contained in the RFP materials.

No Vendor may withdraw his/her proposal within thirty (30) days after date of opening proposals without the consent of the Board of Education.
