IN RE BRIDGETON HOTELS LLCTRUSTEE'S SALE - Default having been made in the payment of indebtedness and liabilities and the performance of obligations described in and secured by a deed of trust executed by Bridgeton Hotels LLC dated October 12, 2018 and recorded on November 27, 2018 in Book 23295, Page 0695 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri; and whereas, J & K Trustee Services, Inc., the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the note evidencing said indebtedness, will on Thursday, May 14, 2026 between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m. (at 12:00 noon), at the Main Lobby, St. Louis County Courts Building, 105 S. Central, Clayton, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); all proceeds (including insurance proceeds); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, located in St. Louis County, State of Missouri:
Lot One-A (1A) of the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Fountaine commercial Center, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 178, page 56, and amended by Surveyor's affidavit recorded in Book 7372, page 123, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot One-A (1-A), said point being on the east right of way line of Hollenberg Drive; thence South 75 degrees 16 minutes 43 seconds East, a distance of 360.00 feet; thence South 14 degrees 46 minutes 0 seconds West, a distance of 289.00 feet; thence North 75 degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds West, a distance of 367.16 feet to a point on the east right of way line of said Hollenberg Drive; thence northerly on a curve to the left having an initial tangent bearing of North 30 degrees 56 minutes 07 seconds East, a radius of 180.00 feet and an arc length of 50.94 feet; thence North 14 degrees 43 minutes 17 seconds East continuing on said east right of way line a distance of 238.74 feet to the point of beginning;
for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
