On April 1, 2026, the Company filed a Certificate of Cancellation with the Missouri Secretary of State. The Company requests that all persons with claims against any Company present them immediately by letter to the Company at Summers Compton Wells LLC, 903 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Suite 200, St. Louis, Missouri 63131.
