NOTICE OF CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER
 
Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J., has authorized the following existing contract extension under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15:
 
The resolution and certification authorizing a contract change order the recommendation of the Buyer, Director of Finance and advisement of Counsel, are recorded in the Minutes and are available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J.
 
Time Extension Project No. 25-PE-12 “Professional  Services for Conducting Condition Assessments on PVWC's Transmission Mains to the PVWC Reservoirs”
