NOTICE OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT:
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey; has authorized the Following Existing Contract Amendment under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15:
 
This contract and the Board's action, on recommendation of the Executive Director, Director of Engineering, and advisement of Counsel, authorizing same are recorded in the Minutes and are available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J. during regular business hours.
