NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD EMERGENCY SITUATION Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J., has awarded a contract without competitive bidding as an “Emergency Service” pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-6.
