NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD
 
EMERGENCY SITUATION
 
Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J., has awarded a contract without competitive bidding as an “Emergency Service” pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-6.
 
The resolution and certification authorizing it, on the recommendation of the Executive Director and the Director of Engineering, and on advisement of General Counsel, are recorded in the Minutes and are available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J.
