NEWARK HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BIDS Demolition Felix Fuld IFB # 26-S-002 The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the demolition of the former Felix Fuld site located at 201-241 Livingston Street, Newark, New Jersey 07108. The site, which includes multiple residential structures and associated site improvements, has reached the end of its useful life. NHA requires proposers to demonstrate both technical competence and flexibility to complete all work in accordance with our priorities and the highest standards of safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance. Interested companies with recent, demonstrated ability to perform comparable work are invited to obtain a copy of the full Invitation for Bid (IFB) on the Newark Housing Authority website www.newarkha.org or at? www.bidnetdirect.com.???Registration is required to access the documents; however, there is no fee for registration, downloading, submission, or any other activities related to Newark Housing Authority opportunities.
