RFQ NO. 26-S-006 Development Partners The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) in New Jersey is seeking submissions from parties with extensive experience in affordable housing development. NHA intends to expand its pool of qualified development partners to address NHA's development priorities and develop highquality, energy-efficient, innovative, sustainable, mixed-income housing. Development Partners will be selected based on experience. Selected partners will be expected to assist NHA in planning and implementing feasible, affordable, and mixed-income housing development strategies utilizing a variety of financing tools to leverage NHA funding, including, but not limited to, tax credits, debt, grants, and other approaches.
