Bid Notice — West New York

PT Services  School Physician  Sideline Doctor  Speech & Language Therapy  Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs) process is being conducted in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.4 and 20.5 et seq., NJSA 18A:18-5 et seq., and Local Finance Notice 2007-11 (C). It is the intent of the West New York Board of Education to establish a core group ("Pool") of qualified professional Services firms based on the evaluation criteria detailed in the RFQ document(s).   At the Board's sole discretion, and on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications, Projects will be assigned and contracts awarded to firms selected for the Pool on a project-byproject basis, or as deemed necessary by the Board - firms in the pool are not guaranteed to be assigned any minimum number of projects.  The West New York Board of Education reserves the right to make project assignments all at once, or as each project is activated in the future, whichever is in the best interest of the Board, with fee negotiations not occurring until the most highly qualified firm is selected from the pool for a particular project assignment.
