You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Brock & Scott, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 302 FELLOWSHIP RD, SUITE 130, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ 08054, an answer to the complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and DAMOND J. ANDERSON, ET AL. are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, SOMERSET County and bearing Docket No.: F-003625-26, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint, amended complaint, amendments(s), and order(s), if any. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, NJ 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
You, HERCULES MEDICAL PC, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest it may have in, to, or on the mortgaged premises by virtue of the following JUDGMENT: HERCULES MEDICAL PC versus DAMOND ANDERSON, docketed as J-227311-2016 on 12/08/2016 in the amount of $30,131.26, plus interest and costs.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated DECEMBER 28, 2015 made by DAMOND J. ANDERSON, as Mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for 1ST 2ND MORTGAGE COMPANY OF N.J., INC. recorded on JANUARY 20, 2016, in Mortgage Book 6848, Page 2093 as Instrument Number 2016002452 in SOMERSET County; by Assignment of Mortgage executed on SEPTEMBER 10, 2019, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR 1ST 2ND MORTGAGE COMPANY OF N.J., INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS assigned the mortgage to FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION. The Assignment was recorded on SEPTEMBER 10, 2019, in Book 7149, Page 3386 in SOMERSET County; and (2) to recover possession of the mortgaged premises commonly known as 3 CONERLY RD, FRANKLIN, NJ 08873. Said property address being Lot 21 and Block 373.

The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the complaint/amended complaint, amendment(s), order(s), if any, a copy of which will be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys for the plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
