YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 6 Campus Drive, Suite 304, Parsippany, NJ 07054, telephone number (973) 538-4700, an Answer to the Complaint and Amended Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and ANTHONY CHARLES FIORENTINO, et al. , are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Ocean County and bearing Docket No. F-1902-26 within thirty-five (35) days after 04/25/2026, or if published after 04/25/2026, thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated 09/09/2022 made by ANTHONY CHARLES FIORENTINO AND JESSICA A. CAPOBIANCO as mortgagors to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ADVISORS MORTGAGE GROUP, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS recorded on 09/14/2022, in Book 19165 of Mortgages for Ocean County, Page 356, et seq., which said mortgage was duly assigned to the Plaintiff named above, who is the present holder of said Mortgage. and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 515 PHEASANT LANE, TOMS RIVER, NJ, 08753, Block 646, Lot 22.14. Advice would require a detailed and careful analysis of the facts and applicable law.
