TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD ORDINANCE SUMMARY O-26-7 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF BLOCK 86.182, LOT 54.05, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 54 GRASSMERE COURT, UNIT 5 LOCATED IN THE TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD This Ordinance authorizes the purchase of Block 86.182, Lot 54.05 in the Township of Freehold for affordable housing or other public purposes. This ordinance was introduced on first reading at the Township Committee's meeting of February 10, 2026. A second reading and public hearing on the ordinance will be held on February 25, 2026, at 8:00 PM at the Freehold Township Municipal Complex or at any meeting to which that meeting may be adjourned, at which time all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard.
