YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP, counsel for the plaintiff, with an address of 485F US Highway 1 S., Building F, Suite 300, Iselin, NJ 08830, with a telephone number of (732) 902-5399, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action where PNC Bank, National Association is the plaintiff and Sadeline Samuels, et al. is the defendant. The action is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Passaic County, and bears Docket No. F-000152-26. Your Answer must be filed within thirty-five (35) days of February 15, 2026, excluding that date, or if this publication runs after February 15, 2026, within thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of publication, excluding that date. If you fail to file an Answer, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex ? CN 971, Trenton, NJ 08625, with a copy to McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP, in accordance with the NJ Rules of Court.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated October 28, 2004 made by Sadeline Samuels and Lewis Byron to FFFC f/n/o First Franklin Financial Corp., recorded in the Passaic County Clerk's Office on November 17, 2004 in Book M5373, page 45, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 177-179 East 30th Street, Paterson, NJ 07514 and is further described as Lot 21 (formerly Lot 8), Block 8403 (formerly Block L1398) on the Tax Map of the City of Paterson.

YOU, Vanessa Samuels, Individually and as Executrix of the Estate of Sadeline Samuels, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the Mortgaged Premises as a result of the death of your mother, Sadeline Samuels, including your status as the Executrix of the Estate of Sadeline Samuels. Plaintiff's inquiry has revealed that Vanessa Samuels does not reside at the subject property.
YOU, Patrinella Samuels, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the Mortgaged Premises as a result of the death of your mother, Sadeline Samuels. Plaintiff's inquiry has revealed that Patrinella Samuels does not reside at the subject property.
YOU, Weston Forbes, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the Mortgaged Premises as a result of the death of your mother, Sadeline Samuels. Plaintiff's inquiry has revealed that Weston Forbes resides at the subject property.
YOU, Mrs. Weston Forbes, wife of Weston Forbes, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the Mortgaged Premises, which were acquired after the date of the mortgage, because you are the spouse, domestic partner or civil union partner of Weston Forbes, whose current marital status is unknown.
